100 Hour Support Contract (Price: $CALL)

Our highest priority support contract. With a maximum 4 hour response time by telephone, this contract is for those companies with critical systems which can't afford to be down. This support can also be upgraded to a 24x7 Emergency Support Contract for an additional 50% of the price of the contract. Not only does the emergency Support Contract upgrade give you 24x7, but it also provides you with a maximum 2 hour phone response time! For more information, please call.
